Project scope

Wesley Chapel Drywall Experts provides drywall repair, installation, finishing, texture and related surface work. Drywall work described on this website does not include regulated structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or mold-remediation work unless that work is separately performed by an appropriately licensed provider. Required permits and licensed-trade work must be addressed as applicable before or in coordination with drywall restoration.

Underlying conditions

Water intrusion, leaks, moisture, structural movement, mold or other underlying conditions can affect drywall. The source of an underlying problem should be properly evaluated and corrected before damaged drywall is restored. Discussion of an underlying cause on this website does not represent an offer to perform a regulated trade or professional service.

Photos, descriptions and website information may help with initial project discussions, but final scope, price and scheduling depend on actual site conditions and the agreed work. Published cost information is educational and is not a binding quote.
